MAT Log Report

The MAT Log report lists all MAT dosages across patients, allowing facilities to view reports from specific time frames and export them as needed.

Required Permissions: Super Admin, Records Admin, and users with the Manage Reports feature can create this report.

  1. To run the report, click on the Reports tab and select the Medication tab.
  2. The MAT Log tab opens by default.
  3. Filter the log results by Patient, Medications, and/or Date Range.blobid1.png
    • The Patient field accepts patient name, MR number, and Patient ID. 
    • The Medication field allows you to select one or more medications to include in the report.  
    • You can filter the log by:
      • Current Census: The report will return results based on your active patient list.  
      • Dosage Date: The report will return results based on the specified time range and provide a list of doses due to be taken within the time frame.   
      • Dispensed Date Time: The report will return results for doses dispensed within the specified time frame.  
  4. You can also run an Advanced Search to include Phase, Dose Type, Dispensed Status, and Dispensed by.blobid2.png
    • Phase: Filters by the phase selected 
    • Dose Type: Filters by Window or Take Out dosages   
    • Dispensed Status: Filters by doses Dispensed, Not Dispensed, Denied, and/or Pending 
    • Dispensed By: Filters by the facility staff members who dispensed the medication 
  5. Once you have selected the desired option(s), click on the Search button. blobid3.png

Working with the MAT Log Report

Let's review a few tips and tricks for working with the MAT Log. 

  • Click on the Sort icon in the report’s column titles to organize the data as desired. By default, the report is organized chronologically with the oldest dose appearing first.  blobid5.png
  • Click on Clear All Filters to remove any previous search criteria.blobid6.png
  • Export the filtered report data using the Export to XLSX or Export to CSV buttons.  blobid7.png
  • The Refresh Data button allows you to refresh the data in real-time. Please Note: If a staff member dispensed medication while you were running the report, the system may not include that dose until you refresh the data. blobid8.png
  • Find the last time the report was updated at the top of the section.blobid9.png
