MAT Pump Calibration Report

The Pump Calibration Report provides visibility into calibration activity across all medication pumps in your instance. This report allows users with report access to review calibration record including quantities dispensed, measured quantities, and any differences to help ensure pumps are functioning accurately and comply with operational standards.

Required Permissions: Super Admin, Records Admin, and users with the Manage Reports feature can create this report. Users with the View Report feature can view already created reports, but cannot make changes. 

Creating a Pump Calibration Report

  1. Open the Reports tab and click New Report.

  2. Select Operations for the report type.

  3. Enter your reporting parameters and make sure to select Pump Calibration as report type.

    • Report Name: Enter the report title.
    • Report Type: Pump Calibration
    • Start Date/End Date: Select the date range for the report.
    • Location: Select one or all locations.
    • Pump Name: Dropdown contains all pumps available in the selected location(s).
    • Determine who can edit the report using the Editable by radio buttons.
      • All: The report can be edited by any user who has access to it.
      • Owner: The report can be edited by the report's creator or a Super Admin that has a direct URL to the report.
    • Identify who can view the report using the Viewable by radio buttons.
      • All: The report is available under Public Reports for all users who have access to Reports.
      • Owner: The report is available under Private Reports for the current user, or by using the direct URL.
  4. Click Update to run the report.
  5. This report compiles calibration data that is already recorded under Pump Calibration for individual pumps and presents it in a centralized report view.

Pump Calibration Report Details

The Pump Calibration Report includes a report header, report table, and printing with exporting options. 

Report Header

Once generated, the report displays the following information in the header:

  • Report Name: Pump Calibration.
  • Report Type: Pump Calibration Report.
  • Date Range: If Today is selected display current date. If Custom is selected: Start Date - End Date.
  • Location: Displays the name of all locations included in the report.
  • Pump Names: All Pumps, or the specific pump selected in the report criteria.

Report Table

The report table displays calibration activity with the following columns:

  • Location: The location where the pump is configured.
  • Pump Name: Name of the pump that was calibrated.
  • Date/Time: Date (and time, if stored) when the calibration was performed.
  • Quantity Dispensed: Quantity the pump dispensed during calibration.
  • Measured Quantity: Actual measured quantity recorded during calibration.
  • Difference: Difference between dispensed and measured quantities.
  • User: User who performed the calibration.

Printing and Exporting Options

The Print icon is available within the report. Use the Edit Report icon to make changes to the report. Export the filtered report data using the Export to XLS or Export to CSV buttons.  The Refresh Data button allows you to refresh the data in real time.
