Operations Reports

Operations Reports provide access to organization metrics. Within the Operations category, there are five available report types.

Standard
  • Admits
  • Readmits
  • Average Daily Census
  • Average Length of Stay (among discharged patients)
  • Discharges
  • % Discharge type not given
Referral
  • Referrer
  • Admits (per referrer)
  • Average Length of Stay (of patients by each referrer)
  • Discharges (per referrer)
Length Of Stay (UR/Actual)
  • Patient Name
  • Admission Date (for each patient)
  • Discharge Date (for each patient)
  • Length of Stay (for each patient)
  • Total Authorized Time (for each patient)
  • Unauthorized Time (for each patient)
Occupancy Snapshot
  • Building
  • Beds (per building)
  • Occupied Beds (per building)
  • Open Beds (per building)
  • Occupancy Rate (%, per building)
  • Male Occupants (per building)
  • Female Occupants (per building)
  • Unmarked Gender Occupants (per building)
Therapist D/C (Discharge)
  • Therapist
  • Discharges (per Therapist)
  • Average Length Of Stay (for patients with each Therapist)
  • Number of discharges, per discharge type (per Therapist) 

Creating an Operations Report

  1. Open the Reports tab and click New Report.mceclip0__3_.png
  2. Select Operations for the report type.

  3. Enter your reporting parameters. Important: Parameters vary depending on the Report Type selected. mceclip3.png
    1. Report Name
    2. Report Type: Use the drop-down to select: 
      • Standard
      • Referral
      • Length Of Stay (UR/Actual)
      • Occupancy Snapshot
      • Therapist D/C
    3. Start Date/End Date: Select the date range for the report.
    4. Location: Select one or all locations.
    5. Level of care: Select a specific level of care or All care levels. This filter is based on the Clinical Level of Care. 
    6. Break down data by: Select Day, Week, or Month.
    7. Determine who can edit the report using the Editable by radio buttons.
      • All: The report can be edited by any user who has access to it.
      • Owner: The report can be edited by the report's creator or a Super Admin that has a direct URL to the report.
    8. Identify who can view the report using the Viewable by radio buttons.
      • All: The report is available under Public Reports for all users who have access to Reports.
      • Owner: The report is available under Private Reports for the current user, or by using the direct URL.
  4. Click Update to run the report.mceclip4.png
