Operations Reports provide access to organization metrics. Within the Operations category, there are five available report types.

Creating an Operations Report
- Open the Reports tab and click New Report.
- Select Operations for the report type.
- Enter your reporting parameters. Important: Parameters vary depending on the Report Type selected.
- Report Name
- Report Type: Use the drop-down to select:
- Standard
- Referral
- Length Of Stay (UR/Actual)
- Occupancy Snapshot
- Therapist D/C
- Start Date/End Date: Select the date range for the report.
- Location: Select one or all locations.
- Level of care: Select a specific level of care or All care levels. This filter is based on the Clinical Level of Care.
- Break down data by: Select Day, Week, or Month.
- Determine who can edit the report using the Editable by radio buttons.
- All: The report can be edited by any user who has access to it.
- Owner: The report can be edited by the report's creator or a Super Admin that has a direct URL to the report.
- Identify who can view the report using the Viewable by radio buttons.
- All: The report is available under Public Reports for all users who have access to Reports.
- Owner: The report is available under Private Reports for the current user, or by using the direct URL.
- Click Update to run the report.
