Clinical reports focus on patient-related data using sources like evaluations, demographics, insurance details, sessions, and contacts.
Within the Clinical Reports category, there are multiple report templates to choose from.
Each template handles the data a bit differently, either adding calculations or containing a different set of default data points. Review the table and related linked articles below to learn more.
Report Type | Data Included |
Patients |
This report provides data grouped by patient primarily using the information from the patient's facesheet. This report only displays the fields selected during report creation. |
Stats |
This report automatically provides percentages and totals for any of the selected data fields. We recommend choosing fields that are shared across patients like gender or insurance company rather than specific fields like email address. |
Urgent Issues |
This functionality has been deprecated and replaced with Patient Flags. Check out the patient Flags Report instead. |

Discover the change history for key patient data points. Each history report focuses on a single historical element (e.g. assigned Program, Diagnosis, Sobriety date, etc.) |
Patient Attendance |
This report is only available for organizations that have enabled the Attendance Tracker feature. |
Single Location Report
To run reports for a specific location within a master instance, select the Location from the header and click Refresh Data.
