MAT Order Report

The MAT Orders report lists all MAT orders across all patients from specific time frames and you can export them if needed. Super Admin, Records Admin, and users with Manage Report feature can access MAT Orders reports. 

  1. To begin, click on the Reports tab in the header. Next, click on the Medication tab followed by MAT Orders.  
  2. On the MAT Orders tab, you'll see a list of all MAT orders for patients on the Current Census.
  3. You can filter the results for a specific Patient if needed.blobid2.png
  4. Select one or more medications to include in the report from the Medication field.    blobid4.png
  5. The Current Census drop-down list and From/To Date fields can be used to further narrow down your search.mceclip0.png
  6. Current Census: pull data from MAT Orders placed on active clients in current census.  
    • Start Date: pull data from MAT Orders with start dates that fall within the specified time frame. 
    • End Date: pull data from MAT Orders with end dates that fall within the specified time frame. 
    • Entered At: pull data from MAT Orders that were entered within the specified time frame. 
  7. For both the From and To Date fields, use the calendar to select the date, and use the sliders to set the time, as needed. Use the Now button to choose the current date and time and click Done to finish. mceclip1.png
  8. For additional filter options, click on Advanced Search. blobid5.png
    • Order Status: You can select one or more options. Filters by order status such as:blobid6.png 
      • Active: pull data from active orders. 
      • Canceled: pull data from orders that have been cancelled. 
      • Discontinued: pull data from orders that have been discontinued. 
      • Ended: pull data from orders that have ended. 
      • Scheduled: pull data from orders that have been scheduled in the future. 
    • Order Type: Select one or more filter options.

      • Add Dose(s): pulls data from exception orders using the add dose order type.   
      • Interval: pulls data from a MAT order using the Interval order type. 
      • Standard (Daily): pull data from a MAT order using the standard order type. 
      • Special Takeout (Offsite): pull data from exception orders using the special take out offsite order type.  
      • Special Takeout (Onsite): pulls data from exception orders using the special takeout (onsite) order type.  
      • Taper: pull data from a MAT Order using the taper order type. 
      • Titration: pulls data from a MAT Order using the titration order type. 
    • Signature Status: Filters by the signature status of the order. You can select one or more options.  blobid10.png
      • Canceled: pulls signed canceled orders.
      • Discontinued: pulls signed discontinued orders.
      • Pending Cancel Review: pulls canceled orders pending the review signature.
      • Pending Discontinue Review: pulls discontinued orders pending the review signature 
      • Pending Order Review: pulls placed orders pending the review signature.
      • Pending Reorder Review: pulls re-ordered orders pending the review signature.  
      • Reviewed: pulls signed placed orders.
    • Ordered By: Filters by the licensed prescriber who initiated the medication order in the system. You can select multiple options.blobid11.png
    • Entered By: Filters by the facility staff member(s) who entered the medication in the system. You can add one or more staff members.blobid12.png
  9. If you need to reset the filters and start again, click Clear All Filters. blobid7.png
  10. Once you have selected the desired option(s), click on the Search button.    blobid8.png

Working with MAT Order Report Results

The search results will appear at the bottom of the page, and you can click on each column title to sort by that field. You can review the notes documented at the time the order was created.

Export the filtered report data using the Export to XLSX or Export to CSV buttons.   blobid14.png

The Refresh Data button allows you to refresh the data in real time. Please note: If a prescriber orders a medication while you were running the report, the system may not include that order until you refresh the data.
