Settings: Flags Tab

  • Updated

Patient flags allow you to add alerts to the patient chart and report on them. You can also use critical flags to ensure the flag is read each time the patient chart is opened, allowing you to effectively communicate urgent issues. Click here for instructions on adding Flags to patient charts.

Instance Setting

A Super Admin must check the Use Flags Instance setting to enable Flags. Click Submit to save your changes.

Enabling Flags automatically generates a new Flags tab on the Patient Chart. You can update the name and position of this tab under Patient Processes in Patient settings. This tab contains a list of all flags added to the patient chart.
