Chart✓ allows users to set deadlines and track the completion of patient forms to ensure the facility remains compliant at all times. This article provides information enabling Chart✓.

Enable Chart✓
Super Admins can enable Chart✓ in your Instance Settings.
- Click on your initials and select Settings.
- Open the Instance tab.
- In the Patient options section, check Use Chart Check.
- Scroll to the end of the page and click Submit.
Enabling Chart✓ automatically adds:
- A Chart✓ Templates tab
- A Chart✓ tab under the patient's Chart Summary to track the form's completion
- A Chart✓ tab under the Dashboard to get an overview of all pending items for all clients
Create Chart✓ Templates
Before you begin using Chart✓, you will need to set up at least one Chart✓ Template. Super Admins or users with the Manage Templates, Manage Templates - Consents and Evaluations, or Manage Templates - Chart Check features can create, edit, and delete Chart✓ templates.
