How Do I Run an Insurance Authorization Report?

I need to run a report on insurance authorizations, how can I do this?

Environment

Kipu EMR, Roles: Super Admin, Records Admin, Feature: Manage Reports

Resolution

To run a financial report follow the below steps:

  1. Select the Reports tab in the top tool bar.
  2. Decide if the report should be Public or Private.
  3. Select the New Report button on the right.
  4. A pop-up will appear, choose the Financial option.
  5. A new page will load for you to name the report, click the Template drop-down and select the Insurance Authorization option, choose what Date Range is needed, then click the Continue button.
  6. Additional Data Point options will appear for selection. After choosing any additional data points click the Run Report button below them.
  7. Once the report finishes running it will reload with the data requested. You can either view it within the website as it shows or choose to export it to Excel by selecting either the Export to XLSX or Export to CSV buttons in the top right of the report.
