Issue
I need to get a baseline aggregate data report on an outcomes measurement assessment, but my report keeps timing out.

Resolution
There are a few different ways to pull a report for Outcomes Measurement Assessments depending on what data you want. If you don't begin by selecting a location, the report may time out when trying to pull data from multiple locations at once.
When viewing Outcomes Measurements under the Reports tab you will be able to get results for one day at a time. If you want to view outcomes for a span of time, you will need to use the Kipu BI report.
To view the Aggregated Issues Report within the Outcomes Measurement-specific reports follow these instructions.
- Select Reports > Outcome Measurements > Aggregated Issues Report.
- Choose the desired option from the Select patient assessment drop-down field.
- Then the Select Locations option will become available and click Search.
- Note
If you do not limit your locations, the report may time because of the amount of data it is trying to pull. If you are in a master instance, be sure to choose the same location in your top drop-down. - By default, the system will show all completed assessments for the current day unless you manually change the date filter.
To view the Aggregated Issues Report follow these instructions.
- Navigate to Reports > Kipu BI > Clinical Outcomes > Outcomes Measurements.
- Select either the word Controls or the little arrow in the top right corner of the gray Controls bar to get your filter options. Now you can select which of the assessments you want to include, select a date range greater than one day, and choose from the other options seen below.
- There are multiple graphs and lists of data that you can view. To learn more about all the different options, click here.
- If you need to create a copy of these reports select the little box that appears in the top right corner of the graph or data point when you hover over it with your cursor and select the three vertical dots. The two arrows pointing away from each other will expand the view of the graph/data to take over the whole screen view.
Cause
If your Outcomes Measurement Report times out it's usually because there is too much data. You can fix this problem by pulling reports one location at a time.
