Issue
I am no longer able to submit pending claims using the Transmit Pending Claims button. How do I fix this issue?
Environment
Integrated Billing, Roles: Super Admin, Records Admin or Billers
Resolution
The items will still say pending the Transmit Pending Claims button has just been removed.
- This update prevents users from causing duplicate claims.
- The button is no longer needed because an automatic retry is in place.
- If items get stuck in the Pending status, please contact Support.
