How Do I Run a Report Listing Patients and Insurance?

Issue

I need to run a report that lists not only my patient's name but also their insurance, how can I accomplish this?

Environment

Kipu EMR, Roles: Super Admin or Records Admin, Feature: Manage Reports

Resolution

  1. To begin, select Reports then Choose between a Public or Private report and click the New Report button.
  2. Select Clinical from the new report options.
  3. Ensure that Patients is selected in the Template field and adjust any other filters as needed.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. The Data Field Selection defaults to the Patients tab where you will select the Full Name checkbox.
  6. Within Data Field Selection choose the Insurances tab and select the Insurance Company checkbox.
  7. Select Run Report.
