Issue
I am looking to find the insurance subscriber information demographics of all clients with insurance that were admitted last year.
Environment
Kipu EMR, Roles: Super Admin Records Admin, Features: Manage Reports, Clinical Reports, Insurance Verification Form
Resolution
A user with the Manage Reports feature or Super Admin permission can follow the below steps to pull the report.
-
Select the Reports tab, then choose either Public or Private depending on how the report will be viewed.
For Master Instances: To pull data from a specific location, select the desired location from the header drop-down. If the report has My Locations selected, the report will pull data from all locations.
- Click the New Report button in the Reports tab.
- Select the Clinical report type from the pop-up.
- Name your new report, then under the date range drop-down select Last Year and click the Continue button.
- Select the tab under the Data Field Section for Insurance. In the Insurance options check the box for the following: Subscriber address city, Subscriber address country, Subscriber address State, Subscriber address street, Subscriber address Zip, Subscriber DOB, Subscriber Employer, Subscriber First name, Subscriber Full Name, Subscriber Gender, Subscriber Last Name, Subscriber Middle Name, Subscriber Relationship and Subscriber SSN to generate your report. Click the Run Report button once all necessary data fields are selected.
- The report progress screen will appear and once it finishes you will be redirected to the populated data.
- The data can either be viewed in the Kipu EMR as it is or can be exported to XLSX or CSV where you can filter the data even more.
- If you need to refer back to the report at a later time, it can be found in the initial Reports page (either Private or Public) depending on how it was created.
