- Create Appointments without a patient: Users can now create appointments on the Scheduler without being required to include a client/patient. This change allows users to create meetings with other resources or block out time on their schedule without having to make changes to their Resource Schedule. These Self/Staff Appointments can also be edited to add a patient. A new Self/Staff appointment icon will be available for easy filtering. For more information, click here.
- Scheduler Appointment Card: We have changed the appointment card view to include the Patient Name display first then the Appointment Type on both the Calendar View and Resource Day View.
- Scheduler Email Communications Fix for Yahoo Email Accounts: An update to the email delivery service has been made so that emails will now be sent to clients with yahoo email addresses. We have also fixed issues with several other email domains.

- Patient Search Bar: Fixed an issue where patients with a preferred name entered could not be found in the client search bar by first and last name. The user had to include the preferred name while searching. Now a user will be able to search for any part of the client name whether that is first, last or preferred name.

API: API users can now add date range parameters to retrieve a smaller set of appointments.
- Billing: Enhanced the Per Diem bundling payor rule to automatically add the through date value based on the selected configuration. For more information, click here.
- Billing: Enhanced the Replace Code payor rule so that users can append an HCode if a specific payor requires it along with the normally transmitted RCode. Click here for more information on the Replace Code payor rule.
- Billing: Exporting any of the billing reports to Excel should no longer cause Excel to throw an additional warning pop-up upon opening the file.
- Billing: Improved the aesthetic rendering of the billing reports to improve readability.
- Billing: Moved the navigation for Billing Batch to the top-level of the billed and do not bill items to reduce navigation time.
- Billing: Updated the Billed and Do Not Bill reports to be consistent with the Billable report.
- Billing: We have added the Test Description in the expanded view for customers reviewing Lab billable items in the billing reports.

BI Data Extracts: We have made updates to Data Extracts. Check out this article for detailed information.
- We have removed the diagnosis_hist field from the patient_record.csv
- A Deleted field has been added to the patient_evaluation.csv which identifies whether a patient evaluation template has been deleted from the EMR.
- The Patient_evaluation_item is broken into two separate tables, patient_evaluation_item and evaluation_item. This will be done in order to accommodate the addition of deleted patient evaluation templates. Use the applicable keys to join the data appropriately if necessary.
- The new data_extract_summary.csv provides a summary of each extract including update ranges, data extraction date/time, and included start and end dates.
- BI Operations: Incoming admission logic was updated to include the following: admission date of today's date or in the future, no MR number, and discharge date can be null or a date greater than today. Click here for more information on the Operations dashboard.
- BI Operations: Average daily census (ADC) excludes discharge date in At A Glance tab. Click here for more information on the Operations dashboard.
- BI Operations: Date of birth (DOB) column was added to the Historical Census data table. Click here for more information on the Operations dashboard.
- Evaluations: Improved the warning message that appears when deleting an evaluation so that it no longer appears if the billable item is moved to Do Not Bill. For more information click here.

User Profiles: We're adding NADEAN Number, State License, Primary License Number and Secondary License Number fields to user profiles. While these fields are not required, filling them out will provide a more seamless experience. For more information, check out this article.
- Orders: Order frequencies are now location-specific in master instances. When creating orders, the frequencies available for selection will be the ones enabled for the location in Settings > Orders. For more information on creating orders, click here.
- Pharmacist Review Dashboard: Added the ability to change the Completed status and to change the Pharmacist Status from the order details view. Click here for more information.
- Portal: Made minor aesthetic consistency improvements.

Portal: We have consolidated New Document notifications for portal users. When an EMR user shares multiple forms with the portal user, the recipient will receive only one email. To allow for this functionality, we have introduced a delay system. A portal user will get a summarized notification 5 minutes after the last document is shared with them. - Billing: Enhanced the method for billable items so that they look up the correct building to be consistent with program and location look up. Billable items will no longer fail to detect the building if the bed is missing.
- Billing: Fixed an issue that caused the authorization for the secondary insurance to apply to per diem billable items instead of the authorization for the primary insurance.
- Billing: Fixed an issue where the Do Not Bill report didn’t export to Excel when searching by Billing Provider.
- Dashboard: Fixed an issue under Dashboard > Physician Review > Medical Test Orders where discontinued orders did not appear for the provider who completed the discontinue.
- Insurance Verification Form: Fixed an issue where Yes/No questions exceeding 255 characters caused an 500 error.
- Labs: Fixed a time-out error when attempting to create Lab Requisitions in instances with large volumes of Medical Test Orders.
- Manage Users: Fixed an issue where some users with the Restrict All Patients Except for Caseload permission would time out and get a 504 server error. Now, a Load Restricted Patients button will appear when the user profile has at least one restricted patient. Click this button to display the restricted patient list.
- Treatment Plans: Fixed an issue where the treatment plan scrolled down to the bottom of the page when adding items such as goals, objectives, and plans.
