When disabled, the user will not see the share icon and won’t be able to share the form with portal users. • This new role will be enabled for all users by default to achieve parity with the current functionality. We encourage Super Admins to review users with this permission and unassign this role from users who do not need it under the Manage Roles tab. Click here for instructions on assigning this role, and here for instructions on sharing files and documents.

  • Pre-Admission Statuses: Updated the behavior of the hardcoded Archive pre-admission status. When a user generates the MR# in the facesheet, it will automatically uncheck the Archive pre-admissions status. This behavior will only apply to the hardcoded value of the Archive status. All other customizable pre-admission statuses will remain unchanged. For more information about pre-admission patient charts, click here.

Fixed

  • Billing: Improved the behavior of the Replace Codes payor rules for HCodes and RCodes. If your billable item has both an HCode and RCode and your payor rule only wants to replace the HCode, the system will not drop the original RCode. This change brings the Replace Codes payor rule in-line with how other payor rules behave.
  • Calendar: Fixed an issue where certain users were unable to create new appointments on the Kipu Calendar.
  • Group Session Schedule View: Fixed an issue where group sessions after 7:30pm would appear at the top of the schedule list ahead of the morning sessions.

We have stopped notifications from duplicating in the Legacy tab and encourage Super Admins to verify all locations have a notification for Evaluation Added Signer set up.
  • Rounds: Fixed an issue where some scheduled Rounds could not be sorted alphabetically by client name.
  • Treatment Plans: Fixed an issue where users with the role of Therapist or the Edit Treatment Plans feature were able to enter the Edit view of a form before its status was In Use, even though the signature function did not match.
  • Treatment Plans: Fixed an issue where information regarding the template and the rectangles to show forced signatures disappeared after the treatment plan moved to the In Use status.
  • Quick Text: Fixed an issue where the first line of inserted text was aligned on the left when set to align to the center or right
