Rounds: This template will give you information about the status of the round, how many intervals are incomplete vs. complete, and whether the round has been review signed. The report runs in real time so it will show the interval counts at the time the report was initiated.
-
Intervals: This template will provide details about each patient’s interval statuses. It will also tell you which staff member documented the interval and when. Lastly, it will indicate if the interval’s documentation occurred within the interval time or after the fact.
-
Observations: This template will give you specific observation information about each patient including basic status and location as well as any added options on the round template for vital signs, orthostatic vitals, glucose readings, or weight.

New
- BI: A table containing outcomes assessment questions and answers has been added to the Clinical Outcomes BI dashboard in the Outcome Measures tab.
- Evaluations: Introduced a new evaluation template setting called Review Signature Satisfied. This new setting streamlines the signature process for users who are required to sign the evaluation twice, as both the staff member and the reviewer. When the Review Signature Satisfied box is checked on the template, the system will run a check when the evaluation reaches the status of Ready for Review. If a signature applied under the staff signatures has the same signature function required for the review signature, the document will skip collecting the review signature and go directly to Completed. Click here to learn more.
-
Evaluations: New visual indicators have been added to the evaluations list view on patient charts. Click here to learn more.
-
The presence of the new Information icon signifies that either Force Signatures or Review Signature Satisfied is turned on in the template. Hovering over the icon will show if there are outstanding Added Signers and will also show the conditions for that specific document.
-
If the template has Force Signatures applied, you will see a grey rectangle around the signature groups that have the force.
-
For evaluations with Review Signature Satisfied, once the document moves to the Complete status, the review badge will turn grey to indicate that the review was not collected.
-
-
Portal: You can now allow Patients, Guardians, and Guarantors to revoke a consent form from the Patient Portal! Click here to learn more.
-
For any revokable template form, a Super Admin (or user with Manage Templates permissions) can turn on the new Allow Portal Revocation setting.
-
Once enabled, patients and their contacts will be able to revoke these consent forms in their portal accounts.
-
To keep your staff in the loop, we have also added a notification that triggers when a portal user revokes the consent. You can configure this new notification under Settings > Notifications.
