Billing: Added a new configuration screen under Settings > Billing > Warnings and Errors, allowing facilities to switch any existing yellow dot warnings into red dot errors. Facilities can also turn off any yellow warnings that do not apply. For a detailed walkthrough, check out this article.

- Billing: We have split the existing “No Clinical LOC assigned” red dot error that appears on per diem items into two different messages to better reflect the state of the patient. Now, if there is no payment method documented on a patient, per diem item errors will say “Payment method is missing.” The “No Clinical LOC assigned” message will only appear when a private pay or non-insurance payment method is documented and the clinical LOC is missing on the patient chart. - BI Data Extracts: Added the ordinal_position column to all data extracts that indicate the order/column number of a field in a DX extract. For more information, check out this article.

This option will allow the Super Admin or user with the Manage Scheduler Settings to choose which default location to apply for all appointments where a location was not specified. - Portal: We have updated the login experience for portal users who have access to multiple charts or patients. Now users will log in and automatically be taken to the most relevant chart (e.g. the chart in the current census or the most recent chart). In the past, when a portal user logged in, they would be taken to the original chart and have to switch to the newer chart to complete documentation.

Portal: Portal invitations (and other portal emails) can now use Location, rather than Company, information. That includes the name, phone, and logo used in the email’s subject and signature.
- To select which information to display, users with Manage Portal Settings will navigate to Settings > Portal > Location Settings and set the toggle to the desired option for each location. The values for the email signature populate from Settings > Company (from either company or location details), and Super Admin users can easily update it there as needed. Please note, that both for company and for location names, the alias is used whenever available.

Target Body Weight (TBW): The new feature “Manage Target Body Weight” is available for clients who have enabled the Target Body Weight feature.

When enabled, the user can enter and modify information in the Target Body Weight field in evaluations and rounds, and on the Doctors Orders tab.

When the user has this feature disabled, the Target Body Weight field will be greyed out (users will still be able to document weight and height as needed).
- This role will be enabled for eligible users by default to achieve parity with the current functionality. We encourage Super Admins to review users with this permission and unassign this role from users who do not need it under the Manage Roles tab.
