Kipu Messenger: End of Life
The legacy Kipu Messenger is being replaced with the all-new Patient Portal on April 28, 2023. The Patient Portal is an easy-to-use and mobile-responsive patient engagement solution that Kipu is providing at no additional cost.
Effective April 28th, you will no longer be able to:
- Invite patients and their contacts to Kipu Messenger
- Invite staff users to Kipu Messengers
- Create new Kipu Messenger templates
We are allowing our clients a grace period to phase out Kipu Messenger for existing patients. You will be able to send and receive the forms via Kipu Messenger for patients who were enrolled in Kipu Messenger prior to April 28th.
We highly encourage clients to switch to the new Patient Portal. To get started with Portal, check out the portal articles, sign up for a training webinar, or take this course.
