Issue
We added new statuses to the patient's treatment plan and they aren't able to sign for them on the portal, it shows that it's already signed from the first time but there is no option to sign again.
Environment

Resolution
A user with access to the treatment plans and the Allow Document Share feature can follow the steps below to send a new request through the patient portal for a signature after items are added to a treatment plan.
- Once the form has moved to the In Use status, and a new item has been added that needs the patient's signature, click on the indicated icon to share it to the Patient Portal.
- A pop-up will appear with the new option, + Add Signature.

- The patient will get a notification via email that they have a document to sign. When they follow the link they will be able to log into their portal account, see the document in the Pending status, and sign for the new additions.
