Why can't a portal user see forms that have been shared with them?

Solution
This issue usually occurs when the portal user can access multiple charts or patients. Sometimes, after login, they land on one of their older charts (e.g. the chart they have been invited from). The portal user must manually switch to the most recent chart to access new documents.
The blue dot indicates that the user has pending forms to sign in this chart. To navigate to the most recent chart, click on the patient's name at the top left and select the top chart from the drop-down list.
