Issue
A portal user is seeing a blank screen when they log into the Portal, how do I fix this issue?
Environment
Kipu EMR, Patient Portal, Roles: Super Admins, Features: Manage Users, Manage Portal Accounts
Solution
This happens when a portal user does not have any charts connected to it.
- Navigate to Manage Users > Portal Accounts, set the Census field to All, and search for the portal user’s email address.
- Open portal account details and check if this portal user has any Connections.
- Find the patient facesheet this portal user is supposed to be connected to
- Verify the email address of the patient/contact.
- Click on Invite to Portal button.
- The patient/contact will need to set their password one more time to re-connect this chart to the portal user. They can use the same password they had before.
