14.17.1.0 - March 27, 2025

• Outcomes: Outcome enrollment no longer requires full facesheet validation. For more information on enrolling patients, click here. 

Fixed

• Attendance: Fixed an issue causing the Present/Absent buttons to not appear on mobile.
• Consent Forms: Fixed an issue where the completion date did not appear below the Completed status on consent forms where only Staff signature was required.
• Recurring Evaluations: Fixed an issue where recurring evaluations were generated before the daily start time specified on the evaluation template.

14.17.0.0 - March 25, 2025

• Billing: Expanded the Case Management payer rule to also support a monthly billing period in addition to the existing Rolling 30 Days. Check out this article for more on case management payer rules. 

• Billing: Added a backend logging option to Inpatient Per Diem Billable Items that do not require documentation so that it is easier to identify the root cause when billable dates sporadically do not generate.

• Doctor’s Orders: Added a red eRx tag to indicate when a transmission error occurred. When the transmission error is resolved, the tag will update to green, indicating success. For more information on creating orders in Rcopia, click here and for creating Rcopia orders in the EMR, click here.

• Doctor’s Orders: Added the Additional Notes to Pharmacist field when the eRx checkbox is selected during order creation. Data entered in this field will now transfer to Rcopia in the Additional Notes to Pharmacist field, and vice versa. • eRx: Super admins can now enable a setting under Settings > ePrescribe > General that allows ePrescriptions to appear in the MAR before the provider signature is captured.

Fixed

• Billing: Fixed an issue that caused unbilled Per Diem Service billable items not to update the codes and claim format if the selected service was updated in the Service Review.
• Billing: Fixed an issue that sometimes caused duplicate Outpatient/Ancillary billable items.
• Billing: Fixed an issue that caused Per Diem Service billable items to continue to use previous insurance after new insurance was documented.

• Queues: Fixed an issue where the list of requisitions in the Drug Screen queue was no longer scoped to the checked-in patient after processing the requisition or navigating via the Lab Test Requisition link.

• Reports: Fixed an issue where Med Log reports were not exporting to XLSX or CSV for any date range.

14.16.1.0 - March 20, 2025

New

• Billing: Updated all billing reports and exports to consistently display the user’s title in the Billing Provider field.
• Billing: Added a new red error to the billable report that will alert billers when there is an improperly formatted insurance termination date. Previously, this issue would cause batch transmissions to get stuck in pending. Now billers won’t be able to transmit these items and can fix the termination date on the patient’s facesheet. • Billing: Fixed an issue that prevented users from opening the editable view of a group session in a new tab/window. This fix reverted the recently implemented popup warnings informing users if they were about to edit evaluations/group sessions that had been used to bill or had been marked as Do Not Bill.

• Billing: When users configure a SFTP Upload to File Server billing konnector for a billing location, they will only be able to select from non-ancillary billing types. For more information on Location Settings, check out this article.
• Billing: We have reduced memory consumption for integrated billing customers when making patient updates. This update should reduce the chance of billing transmissions timing out due to over-memory usage.
• Billing: For integrated billing customers using HL7 Upload to file server, we now allow the configuration of an ancillary konnector for evaluation templates, MAT dosing, POC laboratory, per diem services, and payer rules. • Billing: Integrated Billing customers using HL7 Upload to SFTP billing transmissions can now reroute services to a specific SFTP folder if necessary, allowing for greater flexibility in which billing providers can be used/defaulted to on different services. For more information on this Konnector, click here.

• Billing: For customers utilizing billing SFTP Uploads, you will now see the billing provider preview on the billing report for any level of care or ancillary service that is configured to pull “Konnector Billing Provider”. This preview will only appear for newly documented data going forward.

• eRx: Max Daily Dose can now be sent to, and updated in, Rcopia for providers, facilities, and patients in New York. For more information on creating Rcopia prescriptions in the EMR check out this article.

• Facesheet: Updated the nomenclature for Date of Birth and made capitalization updates to other fields to improve consistency across the patient facesheet.

• Doctor's Orders: Fixed an issue where an order could not be discontinued because allergies were not documented. A warning has been added to inform users that allergies must be documented before discontinuing an order.
• Orders Settings: Fixed an issue in Medication/Action Order and ePrescribe Frequencies settings where choosing the daily Interval option caused the Type/Days text to be truncated.

14.15.0.0 - March 13, 2025

• Billing: Added the ability to document the bill type in an ancillary evaluation. Settings can be adjusted at the template level. Customers who can default this value will not need to change the bill type on the billable report. For more information on billable ancillary evaluations, click here.
• Billing: Updated the OBOT payor rules for the Services Type to support and include Lab Requisitions when using the Transmit Individual Services feature. For instructions on using setting up this payor rule, check out this article.
• Doctor’s Orders: Added a Change Reason field when performing a Change Order for both regular and eRx orders. For more information on changing orders, click here.
  

• Konnectors: Added Last Modified By and Last Modified Date columns to the Upload to File Server table.

2.5 Scheduler Release - March 12, 2025

Fixed

• Scheduler Group Sessions: Fixed an issue where a time zone calculation error occurred when a location was selected in a master instance. This issue prevented clients from adding a new group schedule assignment from the main Scheduler.

• Billing: Added a warning to notify a user if they are about to edit an evaluation that has already been used to bill or has been marked as do not bill.
  
• Billing: Updated the warning a user receives if they are about to delete a group session/evaluation that has already been used to bill or has been marked do not bill for more clarity.
• Billing: Added a warning to notify a user if they are about to edit a group session that has already been used to bill or has been marked do not bill. 
  
• Billing: Added date range search capabilities to the Billed and Do Not Bill tabs of the patient’s page, which will reduce navigation time by allowing users to search for specific dates of service, improving efficiency.

• Chart Tracker: Fixed an issue where readmit and transfer failed for patients with inactive insurances (the issue affected locations with required Lab Testing section).
