KIP Note Assistant: This feature has been enhanced with additional ways to capture information for individual session transcript creation. - Billing: Fixed an issue when exporting the billable report using FN ln display names that caused an extra space to appear.
- Billing: Implemented a fix for the false warning that sometimes appears if the DOS occurs before the admission date.
- Billing: Fixed an issue experienced by MAT Dosing customers where the expanded attachment section did not display the correct dispensed by user if the Return to Inventory feature was used and the dose was re-dispensed by a different user.
- Billing: Fixed an issue that caused results to display one day ahead of the specific date parameters that were set when running a billing report for all locations.
- Labs: Fixed an issue where the Label button was missing on the requisition page for clients who only use specimen ID generation (without Dymo printers or pre-printed label rolls).

Note Assistant: Fixed the following issues that occurred when using Note Assistant:
- When a patient has pronouns listed on their facesheet, Note Assistant will no longer incorrectly capitalize their pronouns in the middle of sentences.
- When a patient does not have pronouns listed, Note Assistant will no longer incorrectly capitalize the word client or patient in the middle of sentences.
- Evaluations using custom prompts will no longer show unnecessary additional characters, such as brackets or parentheses, in generated content.
- Evaluations will no longer sometimes exclude questions on evaluations that had been correctly formatted as text boxes.

KIP: The user permissions for Kipu Intelligence have been enhanced to reduce complexity and increase visibility into specific license assignments. Any user who previously had the Allow Full Access permission assigned has automatically been given the following permissions which provide the equivalent access:
- Chart Snapshot: Create and View
- Note Assistant: Record, Dictate, Draft
- Note Assistant: Manage Note Prompts
Moving forward, users with access to the Assign Roles tab in the Manage Users section will be able to easily see how many licenses have been assigned and to whom. Click here for more information on the Chart Snapshot and here for information on Note Assistant.

New Med Log (MAR): Enhanced clarity by keeping the order frequency visible in instructions and showing the dose amount directly on MAR cards. For more information on the new MAR check out this article.

- Billing: Fixed an issue with the payer settings where the All filter didn’t show payers that had no locations assigned.
- Doctor’s Orders: Fixed an issue where a medication (nystatin) was not displaying available packaging options under Dispense Amount.
- Order Frequencies: Updated Medication/Action Order Frequencies so that if a user attempts to rename a frequency currently in use in an evaluation, an error message will now appear.

Labs: There is a new setting which, when enabled by Lab Support, will separate a patient’s active requisitions by provider for labs that require this format. Each requisition will have a unique label. If this setting is enabled, please check with your lab about how to handle specimens associated with multiple requisitions. - MAT Settings: Fixed an issue where the Use Unit Dispensing setting was not visible to users with the Super Admin role.

- Billing: Performance when using the Batch report has been improved by decreasing unnecessary data loading.
- Billing: Enhanced the Occurrence and Occurrence Span Codes fields in the Level of Care section under Settings > Patients to restrict the character limit to two characters. - Doctor’s Orders: Improved how medication orders are managed during patient transfers. If a patient is moved to a new location and the same medication is reordered, the original order will no longer display in Rcopia's Medication Reconciliation screen if the provider does not have access to the previous location. Labs: We have expanded our specimen IDs to support 10 symbols. If you still have rolls of Kipu’s 8-symbol labels or the older temporary labels, you can use them until you run out. We have already notified all our lab partners to ensure that their systems will support longer specimen IDs.

MAT Orders: Added a new Custom order type for Taper and Titration, enabling manual dose adjustments per day to support different dosing strategies. The existing Taper and Titration order type is still available under Fixed and remains the default option. Check out this article for more information.
