    • Important
If you configure existing konnector settings, the new settings will only affect newly created data and will not retroactively apply to the default existing data.

  • Billing: Minor aesthetic changes have been made to improve consistency across the Billing Reports.
  • Billing: Billing reports for per diem items with missing authorizations no longer insert a default claim format to avoid confusion.

Fixed

  • Billing: Fixed an issue that prevented the red Clinical LOC error from appearing on a billable item for a patient with the non-insurance payment category.
  • Billing: Fixed a bug that left a ghost billable item. This issue occurred when a vitals date was changed for a patient with an inpatient authorization that required documentation but where no other documentation was present.
  • Evaluations: Fixed an issue where adding allergies to an evaluation form forced a validation check and did not allow the changes to save.
  • Group Sessions: Fixed a bug that caused an inactive Delete icon to appear on the Scheduled Group Session and Past Group Session tabs for users who were not Super Admins or Records Admins. This icon will now be hidden for users other than Super Admins or Records Admins.
  • Group Session Leader Notes: Fixed an issue where the group notes status did not update to complete after all signatures were obtained.

  • Quick Search: Fixed an issue where UK clients were not able to search for a date of birth with only the last two digits of the year.
  • Templates: Fixed an issue where the Available for Portal checkbox was not visible on the new consent screen (Templates > Consent Forms > New form).
  • Treatment Plans: Fixed an issue where the data didn’t save and bounced the user to the top of the page if there was a specific mix of form fields in the template.
  • Users: Fixed an issue for users with the accounts in the Pending status where their Sign In Name was displayed a long series of letters and numbers instead of the expected email address.

12.2.0.6 - March 23, 2023

New

  • Billing: Avea Integration customers on V2 can now configure the Unit Billing payor rule with AveaOffice payers. For more information check out this article.

12.2.0.5 - March 17, 2023

Fixed

  • Billing: Fixed a bug experienced by clients using the care team per diem variable where the billing provider for the item appeared in the report but was not actually present. This issue caused the report transmission to fail because the billing provider was not present in the database.

12.2.0.4 - March 15, 2023

Enhanced

  • Billing: You can now easily see who created a batch when viewing it without having to navigate back to the search page.

  • Billing: We have added time to the Date Created column on the Batch Reports.

Fixed

  • SSO: Fixed an SSO issue experienced by some users when switching between sandboxes or testing instances and regular Production instances. Users were either unable to access the second instance via SSO (without logging in) and/or were logged out of both instances. This fix improves the way that we match SSO tokens that instances use to more tightly couple the SSO tokens to the correct SSO server (e.g., QA vs Production). Users will now have separate QA and Production tokens.

12.2.0.3 - March 10, 2023

Fixed

  • Billing: Fixed an issue that caused a billing provider to disappear from the billing report.
  • User Account Registration: Resolved an issue where some users received an error message when attempting to reset their password. This issue occurred when the user hadn’t completed SSO registration before attempting to reset their password from the login page. The system will now check for SSO registration and send SSO registration instructions rather than password reset instructions if the account is not yet registered. In cases where SSO registration for the account has already been completed, it will send the password reset instructions.

12.2.0.2 - March 9, 2023

Fixed

  • MAR: Fixed an issue where the Patient Signature button didn’t respond when there were only PRN medications on the MAR.

12.2.0.0 - March 7, 2023

The Template Connections link is visible if there are active links between the two forms (the form and evaluation items must both be enabled and not have been deleted). When the Template Connections is clicked, a modal will appear showing you the name, ID, and evaluation item of any other evaluations feeding into the template you are on. If you click on the name of the evaluation in the modal, it will open that evaluation in a new window and bring you to the item on the page. For more information on linking evaluations templates, click here.
