Issue
The patient successfully received the portal invite email but is not able to register for their portal account. There is a current issue where users with Yahoo domain email addresses (emails ending in @yahoo.com) won't allow portal registration. Please review the patient's email address to confirm.

Resolution
To fix this issue, the patient's email needs to change from Yahoo to another email provider. For instructions on disconnecting the Yahoo email address from the portal and resending the invite to the new email address, click here.
