Issue
A new patient was just admitted but the only tabs showing are: Information, Attendance, Appointments, and Chart Summary. I can't figure out why the other tabs are missing.
Environment
Kipu EMR, Master Instance, Roles: Administrative, Chart: Information(facesheet)
Resolution
Tabs are assigned to show up per location, if no location has been given to the patient, then only the mandatory hard-coded tabs will show up when looking at the patient's facesheet.
A user with access to edit the patient's facesheet can follow the steps below to add a Location to the patient and resolve this issue.
- On the patient's Information tab/Facesheet select the Edit Pencil button.
- Select the drop-down for Location and assign one to the patient.
- Select the Show Facesheet button in the top right above the blue outline for the facesheet.
- All the tabs should now be present and you can continue assisting your patient.
