Why can't I see the Integrations tab for VOBGetter?

Issue

A user who has the VOBGetter User or Admin permissions is unable to see the Integrations tab under Settings. 

Environment

Kipu EMR, Roles: VOBGetter admin and VOBGetter User Settings, Features: VOB Getter.

Resolution

To grant users with VOB Getter Access, you must first ensure the users have the appropriate permissions on their user profile: VOB Getter user or VOB Getter admin. 

1. Click on your initials and select Manage Users.
   
2. Open the Assign Roles tab.
3. Type in VOB under roles
   
   
4. Select the type of VOBGetter access you would like to assign. Click here for more information regarding roles for VOBGetter.
   
5. Once you select the permission you would like to assign, on the right-hand side of your screen select the users you wish to assign this permission to.
   

Note: Only Super Admins can see the Integrations/Konnectors tab in settings, however, users with VOB Getter Admin can see VOBGetter history for the individual patients on the factsheet. Additionally, you can configure VOBGetter notifications for verification results.
