How Do I Delete a Patient Chart?

Issue

I need to delete a patient chart and I am not sure how. 

Environment

Kipu EMR, Roles: Super Admin & Records Admin, Facesheet

Resolution

Only users with the Super Admin or Records Admin role can delete a patient chart by following these steps:

1. On the Information tab (facesheet) select the Edit Client button.
   
2. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and select the X delete button in the bottom right corner.
