Issue
I transferred/readmitted a patient from an existing episode of care but the package I used didn't move all the forms that I needed and I had to move them individually even though they were completed.
Environment
Kipu EMR, Roles: Super Admin, Features: Manage Template Options, Templates: Chart Tracker
Resolution
A User with either the Super Admin role or the Manage Template features can go into the template and add in the missing forms to the list of items to transfer.
- Select your Initials in the top right corner and then click Chart Tracker.
- After being redirected to a new page within the Chart Tracker tab, select the Manage Packages tab.
- Locate the Package to be updated and click the Edit Pencil button.
- Search for the form(s) that need to be added either by scrolling manually or typing in the name of the form. Then click the checkbox to the left of the form name. After adding in the missing forms, select the Save button at the bottom of the template.
Important: Any updates to Templates will not reflect in anything previously done, it will only reflect when using it after the update was made.
Cause
When a new form is added to the Kipu EMR, it will not be automatically included in the Chart Tracker template. To ensure this new template is included in transfer packages, please use the instructions above to add the template to the package.
