Issue
A client is supposed to have recurring assessments, but they're not appearing.
Environment
Kipu EMR, Recurring Assessment, Templates > Evaluations, Facesheet/Information page
Resolution
If a newly admitted client is supposed to have recurring assessments but none appear after the first interval, follow the below steps to confirm that the assessment was added correctly.
- Go the patient's chart, click on their Facesheet/Information tab, and select the Edit Clients button.
- The most likely cause of this problem is that the Assessment box was checked but the box next to Enable recurring assessments was not. This box tells the form it's okay to populate, so both that box and the Assessment box must be checked for the form to function correctly.
- Because the assessment was not active when the interval passed you will need to manually add that first interval. Go to whichever tab your facility uses for assessments, select the Add Form button, and choose the version marked previous interval to add the missing interval and proceed as intended.
- The next form will populate correctly and continue to do so going forward.
If the form was added to the patient's chart correctly, still missed a random interval, and the template has not been changed, please contact Support for help resolving this issue.
