How to Force Close a Pending Group Session?

Issue

I have a group session that will not change to complete status with signatures, what do I do?

Environment

Kipu EMR, Roles: Super-Admin, Features: Manage Users, Group Sessions

Resolution

Users with the role of Chart Auditor can follow the below steps to force closed a group session.

  1. Select your initials at the top right of the page, and click Manage Users.
  2. Locate the user profile either by the search bar or select the button for the first letter of their last name.

  3. Select the Edit button to the right of their information.
  4. Scroll to the Internal Roles on the left side of the checkbox options, and select Chart Auditor.

  5. Click the Update button at the bottom to save your changes to the user's profile.

  6. The user with the Chart Auditor role assigned will then go to the Schedules tab, then the Past Group Sessions tab.
  7. Locate the Group Session in question either by scrolling through the options or using the filter to search, then click the Mark as Completed icon next to the edit pencil.
