How Do I Fix a Broken Image in My Form?

Issue

When I loaded the form, the image doesn't show up anymore.

Environment

Kipu EMR, Roles: Super Admin, Features: Manage Templates, Evaluations, Consents

Resolution

A user with access to the Templates will need to edit them to resolve this issue, follow the steps below.

1. Select the Templates tab, and go to either the Consents or Evaluations tab depending on the form.
   
2. Select the Edit Pencil for the form.
   
3. Locate the broken image within the form and click on it.
   
4. Select the Insert/Edit Image button.
   
5. Remove the old source address and put in the new image address.
   
6. This can be copied by right-clicking on the image and selecting the Copy Image Address option.
   
7. Select the OK button with the new source address.
   
8. The updated image should appear highlighted.
   
9. Save the form by clicking the Update button.
   

Cause

If an image source has been changed it will break the image because the code is no longer accurate.
