I Have Set Up a Pharmacy in the Konnectors, but I Can’t Fax to the Pharmacy.

Issue

I added a new pharmacy to the Konnectors, to be able to fax to that Pharmacy, but I don't see the option to fax to them. 

Environment

Kipu EMR, Role: Super Admin, Settings: Integrations (Konnectors), Settings: eRx Pharmacy

Resolution

Follow the below steps to update the Pharmacy information and be able to fax to them.

1. Select your initials in the top right corner and choose Settings.
   
2. From Settings, choose the Integrations tab, and then the Konnectors option.
   
3. If your facility has lots of Konnector options, use the Pharmacy filter to easily find the pharmacies.
   
4. Select the Edit Pencil for the pharmacy you would like to make the default.
   
5. Navigate to the Pharmacy Orders section to add the pharmacy fax number.
   
6. Select the Update button at the bottom to save your changes.
   

Cause

When the Fax number for orders field is not filled out in the Pharmacy Orders section, the system will not be able to pull that Pharmacy into the Fax to Pharmacy section of Doctor's Orders.
