- Billing: Disabled templates under Templates > Group Sessions will be hidden by default for users who can show disabled templates. This update will help users manage their group sessions more efficiently and improve page load time. Click here for more information on Group Session templates.
- Billing: We’ve added the Ancillary column to the data table view under Templates > Group Sessions. This view is available for customers using integrated billing and will make it easier to identify which templates include ancillary items. Click here for more information on Group Session templates.

- Labs: We’ve improved the time it takes to synchronize changes for the lab interface (like adding a new ordering physician or changing the list of available tests). This update should reduce the number of stuck requisitions due to the “Out of Sync” error.

Medication/Action and ePrescribe Order Frequency Settings: We’ve improved the Medication/Action and Settings ePrescribe order frequency windows by replacing the current details display with a cleaner list view and adding a new search functionality. Login: Fixed an issue where some users incorrectly received the error message “Login Failed. Invalid username or password. Max attempts exceeded. Please try again in 30 minutes.” Users will not longer experience this error unless their account is locked or disabled.

- Billing: Enhanced billing logic around an edge case issue so that if a location has two inpatient LOCs set up and switches from one to the other on a patient’s chart, the system properly updates the billing provider method. Previously, the system did not refresh the autopopulation logic, and the old billing provider remained on the chart after the update.
- Billing: We have enhanced the error checking for customers using the Bill By Building feature a red error appears if no building is selected for a billable item at a location with the feature enabled. This update brings this feature in line with our Billing By Program feature. For more information on billing errors check out this article.
- Billing: Per diem billable items in the pending authorization status will no longer apply the "Insurance is missing on this date" error when the patient has active insurance on file that covers the dates of service. This change will help billers filter their work for larger facilities by eliminating navigation touchpoints.
- Evaluations: Script tags <script> can no longer be used in evaluations for formatting purposes.

eRx Rcopia: Order templates now display as “eRx valid” when they have all the information required to be sent to Rcopia as prescriptions. Check out the Quick Orders section of this article for more information.
Additionally, when creating Quick Orders, validated templates will display an Rx icon to indicate they are ready to be sent to Rcopia.

- Billing: Fixed an order of events issue where a denied service auth was sometimes not applied to a matching billable ancillary item.
- Billing: Fixed an issue that sometimes interchanged the payor synonym and payor name on the results display when searching for a payor in Payor Settings. This fix should result in less confusion for your front desk staff.
- Billing: Fixed an issue that prevented the payor synonym from properly displaying for customers with payor synonyms set up.
- Billing: Fixed the new “Billing provider is missing NPI” red error so that it also accounts for customers who use provider settings but are not using bill by building or bill by program.
- Billing: Enhanced the Billing Report Payor Search so that it only yields results for the selected payor. Previously, if two or more payors had the same internal ID, the results returned included multiple payors instead of just the specified payor.
- Integrated Assessments: Fixed an issue where users could not delete specific weight and height entries. This issue usually occurred when two logs were entered close in time, one after another.
- Labs: Fixed an issue where users could not deselect test orders during the requisition creation process and got a “spinning wheel” on the Requisition page.
- Medication Reports: Improved performance when retrieving filters in advanced search and addressed a query issue that caused Medication Reports to load slowly.
- MAT Orders: Fixed an issue under Medications Reports > MAT Orders where some dispensed doses did not display the dispensed date and time.
