Billing: Updated Outpatient Billable Workflows so that the system turns billable, non-ancillary templates into individual billable items, while maintaining the per diem functionality of inpatient/attendance based levels of care. Previously, billable evaluations and group sessions did not consistently generate billable items for patients with an Outpatient level of care type. - Billing: Added the Insurance Plan Classification field to the Payor Settings library. This addition allows users to set a specific value as the default so that it automatically populates when selecting that payor from the insurance look up list. For more information on Payor Settings, click here.

Billing: Added an All Locations checkbox to the Add/Edit Payor window which allows users to quickly make the payor available in all locations. If this checkbox is selected, any locations added to the instance will be automatically selected. For more information on Payor Settings, click here.

- Labs: The Offsite Collection feature can now be used with any Lab. This feature allows patients to be tested at the lab’s center using the requisition printed from Kipu. If you’re interested in this feature, please contact your Lab to discuss if this is something they support and would like to enable for their integration with Kipu. - Labs: We’ve updated the Lab Test Requisition layout to streamline the Offsite Collection functionality (LabCorp).
- Labs: Updated the Offsite Collection feature to populate the requisition’s Collection Date based on the collection date in the results file.

- Labs: Fixed an issue where the Offsite Collection feature did not work and caused requisitions to error out (LabCorp).

- Users: A new setting labeled ‘Allow users to update profile demographics’ has been added. When this is turned off only Super Admins and users with Manager Users can modify user profile details like name, title, email, etc. This setting is on by default and can be managed from Settings > Instance. eRx Rcopia: Fixed an issue where renewal requests coming from the pharmacy without structured sigs resulted in an incomplete eRx order in the EMR. After this fix, renewal requests approved without structured sigs will show in the Unprocessed Prescriptions section so they can be adjusted.

Facesheet: Fixed an issue where users could not change the patient’s insurance status to Inactive when there was no alternative Primary insurance selected in the Lab Testing section.
