Scheduler Release 1.8.0 - April 4, 2024

New

  • Better group session leader visibility on Scheduler and the BI Dashboard: When updating the group session leader in group notes, the updated information will now also appear on the corresponding Group Session Appointment card on Scheduler, on exports from Scheduler, and the Scheduler - Appointments dashboard in the BI Reports. This behavior will allow users to see the appointments assigned to the correct resources without updating the group session templates. For a walkthrough of the Group Session card click here.
  • Changes made to the automatic assignment of resource schedules in single instances: In single instances, Provider users will only have resource schedules automatically assigned to them when Scheduler is enabled if they have at least one location assigned. This change addresses data issues created when a user doesn’t have a location assigned to their user profile in a single instance. For instructions on assigning a resource schedule, click here.
  • Drop and edit group session schedules and ad hoc sessions with fewer clicks: With the newly added Assigned Sessions link on the patient chart, users can view, edit, and drop group session schedules and ad hoc sessions with just a few clicks. This option will save time and confusion as we separate each schedule and ad hoc session into a new view on the patient chart. For more information, check out this article.
  • Group session schedules viewable from the patient chart by non-Scheduler users: The new Assigned Sessions button on the patient chart view of Scheduler will allow the user to see all the assigned Group Session Schedules and/or Ad Hoc Group Sessions. They will also be able to print the Group Sessions assigned.

  • Enhanced group session assignment history: Scheduler will now house more data for the Group Session history so that any changes made to Group Session Schedules and Ad Hoc Group Sessions will no longer affect the Appointment Status.

Fixed

  • Manual Appointment Communication Send: Fixed an issue where the appointment communication templates didn’t populate on the Communication tab.

13.4.0.2 - April 2, 2024

Fixed

  • Billing: Fixed an issue for customers using the warnings and errors feature that sometimes allowed a red dot error to be selected. These selections errored out in the batch report. These selections will be sent back to the unbilled report.
  • Billing: Fixed an issue that caused institutional claims with a single diagnosis code to error out and not successfully transmit for customers using CMD. Kipu will automatically retrigger these items periodically. Please contact support if you encounter any persisting stuck or failed items.
