How Do I Add to the Treatment Plan Modalities Or Statuses?

Issue

I need to add new modalities and/or statuses to my options on our treatment plans, how do I do this?

Environment

Kipu EMR, Roles: Super Admin, Settings: Golden Thread

Resolution

A user with the Super Admin role is able to update this within the Settings of the EMR. Follow the below steps to add new Modalities and Statuses to your Treatment Plan. 

Creating Treatment Modalities

1. Select your Initials in the top right of your EMR, then select Settings.
   
2. Within the Settings, select the Golden Thread tab.
   
3. Within the Golden Thread tab, select the General button.
   
4. Under the Treatment Modalities section, select the Add item text above the Update button.
   
5. Within the new blank box type in the new Modality you would like to add. Once done select the Update button to save it.
   
6. It will re-order alphabetically.

Creating Treatment Plan Statuses

1. Select your Initials in the top right of your EMR, then select Settings.
   
2. Within the Settings, select the Golden Thread tab.
   
3. Within the Golden Thread tab, select the General button.
   
4. Under the Treatment Plan Statuses section, select the Add item text above the Update button.
   
5. Within the new blank box type in the new Status you would like to add. Once done select the Update button to save it.
