Why can't I see the Integrations tab for Konnectors?

Why am I unable to see the Integrations tab to make changes to the Konnectors?

Kipu EMR, Roles: Super Admin, Features: Integrations, Settings

For a user to be able to make modifications to an existing Konnector, they must have the Super Admin role on their user profile.

This can only be added by another Super Admin in your Kipu EMR account.

Note: Use the Manage Users Overview for instructions on modifying a user's role.
