How Do I Delete a Tab and Move the Forms to a New Tab?

Issue

I need to consolidate two tabs and move over all the forms that are already in the patient's charts so we don't lose them, how do I do this?

Environment

Kipu EMR, Roles: Super Admin, Settings: Patients/Clients Tab, Patient Processes

Resolution

A facility's Super Admins can follow the below steps to delete a tab and transfer forms.

  1. Select your initials in the top right corner, then click Settings.
  2. You will be directed to the Patients/Clients tab automatically.
  3. Scroll down to the Patient Process and locate the tab that needs to be removed.
  4. Select the red x to the right of the tab you need to remove.
  5. In the Delete Patient Process pop-up use the drop-down list to select the new tab where you want to send the forms. Select the Update & Delete button to send the forms and delete the tab.
  6. All the completed forms and the templates that were assigned to the deleted tab will be moved to the new tab automatically.
