Issue
Chrome’s latest release (version 142) now requires websites to explicitly enable Local Network Access permissions to use the SigWeb service. (This also affects Microsoft Edge.)

Manually Granting Local Network Access in Chrome
If you prefer to allow access manually, here’s how:
Option 1: Via Chrome Settings
- Open Chrome and go to: chrome://settings/content/localNetworkAccess
- Under "Allowed to connect to any device on your local network," click Add
- Enter the website URL and click "Add"
Option 2: Via Site Information Panel
- Visit the website in Chrome.
- Click the Site Information icon (padlock or info symbol) next to the address bar.
- If Local Network Access is listed, set it to "Allow".
- If it’s not listed, click Site Settings and change Local Network Access to Allow.
