How Can I Reorder Questions in an Evaluation Template?

Issue

I need to change the order of some questions/fields in my evaluation, how do I do that without recreating the form?

Environment

Kipu EMR, Templates: Evaluations, Role: Super Admin, Feature: Manage Templates

Resolution

A Super Admin or user with the Manage Templates feature can change the order of the evaluation fields.

1. To begin, select Templates then Evaluations.
   
2. Locate the form that needs to be reorganized and click on the edit pencil.
   
3. Once in the template, select the edit pencil again.
   
4. Click on the grey [drag] text of the element you wish to move in the evaluation, and then drag it to the desired spot.
1. Important
   Selecting the Name Field instead of [drag] will not move it.
5. To return to the Evaluation Template you're working on, select the Edit Pencil. 
1. Important If you select the light gray Evaluations text at the top of the page you will return to the list of all Evaluations and not the one you were editing.
