I need to change my Rounds Templates, where do I go to do that?

Issue

My current rounds don't fit my facility needs and I need to make changes to them but I don't know where to go.

Environment

Kipu EMR, Super Admin Role, Templates: Rounds

Resolution

To change or make new Rounds you will need to have the Super Admin Role.

1. Select the Templates tab at the top of your EMR.
2. Select the Rounds tab within the Templates page.
3. To make a new Round select the New Rounds button or to edit an existing one select the Edit pencil to the far right under the Actions Column.
4. For a New Round: Enter the required information, and change any of the drop-downs as needed. Each Round is specific to a location, if you need to have the same round for multiple locations you will need to recreate it for each one. Select the Create Round button for the next step.
5. Here you will choose the specifics of your Rounds Template. To learn more about each of the following options, click here. 
   
   • Set the length of Intervals you want it to run.
   • If you want Vitals, Height/Weight or Glucose to be captured with your Rounds.
   • What days of the week it should run.
   • What timeframe for the Rounds to run on those days of the week.
   • Select a Building for the Round if applicable.
   • If you want Rounds Leaders you can either add them by Name, Role type or User Function.
     

     If you select an option and leave it at None, no one but a Super Admin will be able to choose and start that round.

   • Make sure to check the Enabled box below your Rounds title.
   • Select the Update Round button.
